The paradise I’m describing is found in Nicaragua, a thriving tropical nation of 5 million inhabitants. Nicaragua is safe, democratic and friendly toward investors. That’s right, safe. My Nicaraguan wife and I discovered Nicaragua in 2004 and I have been captivated ever since. It became my mission to carve out an enduring foothold in this beautiful country.
