Financing Options for Condos & Villas

• Closing fees of 2.75% flat calculated on the total amount of the loan and due upon approval of the loan (covers document preparation, administrative loan costs for the life of the loan and legal fees).
• 3% legal closing cost for transfer of title.
• Loan term up to a maximum of 15 years from date of construction start.
• Amortization payments will be due and payable on a monthly basis (including principal plus interest equal installments).
• Collateral corresponding to the mortgage on the condo or villa being purchased with the loan.
Deposits:
30% Deposit (over six-month period)
• Initial reservation of $10,000
-First deposit of 10% due in 60 days, followed by second payment of 10% 60 days later, with last
deposit of 10% due at 180-day mark
-Payments will start on construction date, with all deposits secured with First American Title
Insurance Escrow Services
• Interest rate fixed at 5.75% for 5 years
• Term up to 15 years
• Renewed at U.S. prime rate every 5 years
Required information from the buyer:
• Completed application
• Non-refundable application fee of $100 US
• Copy of ID or passport and social security
• Copy of bank and utilities statements
• Copy of income tax filed for the last two years
• Credit rating report (Equifax or similar)
