The Plaza
The Plaza at Seaside Mariana is going to be the centerpiece of community entertainment and the arts.
Decorated with beautiful fountains and sculptures from various local and well known artists, the Plaza will also include an outdoor performance stage and seating area that will be available for the viewing of live shows.
There will be countless retail shops located in the Plaza. You will be able to choose from a full service grocery, wine & liquor store, fresh deli, flower shop, bank, beauty/barber shop, women's, men's, & children's clothing, jewelry, arts & crafts, home décor, international travel agency, pharmacy, souvenir shop, education center, sandwich & ice-cream shop w/ indoor & outdoor seating, and a nursery. If this all seems a bit much then sit back and sip a cup of native Nicaraguan coffee at the Internet café while you check your e-mail or surf the net.
The Plaza will also offer full service restaurants, a casino, and a night club with lounge seating.
