
Nicaragua is a safe, stable, country and second only to Canada as the safest in the Western Hemisphere based on a study by The Inter-American Institute on Human Rights and the International Police Organization.
Government-run health clinics are located in most towns throughout Nicaragua. The country's newest and most modern hospital, Hospital Vivian Pellas, is a $23 million private institution staffed with qualified medical professionals and is located south of Managua, about 35 minutes from Seaside Mariana.
